We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, P-Cards, Cashier's checks and Money Orders. Sorry, we DO NO accept C.O.D.'s.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

We will do our best to hold pricing as published and keep stock quantities updated. However, prices and availability do change, therefore, all prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items ship Free Ground freight within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48). Free ground orders will ship via USPS (Mail) or UPS, the choice of service will be at the sole discretion of Professional Parts Warehouse. If you are unable to accept one of these services an additional charge may apply. If you require expedited shipping an additional charge will apply. Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day (This includes Rush Shipments, i.e. Express / Overnight / Priority). 

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If a shipment is delivered damaged, please refuse the package and notify us immediately so we can reship the order and file a claim with the carrier. Please call us at 800-228-7569. NOTE: You may be billed for the second shipment until the damaged shipment is returned to us. 

INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT

All shortages (incomplete shipment) must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If your order arrives incomplete, please review your packing slip or invoice for any items that may have been back ordered. If you still find any discrepancies please call us at 800-228-7569.

RETURNS

All returns MUST have a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. NO RETURNS will be accepted without one. Please call us at 800-228-7569 for a valid RMA. 

All items eligible for return MUST have been purchased from PPW and within the last 30 days from RMA issue date. Product with a valid RMA will not be accepted outside of 15 days from date of RMA issue.

Products received without a valid RMA will not receive any credit. We will make 3 attempts to contact you to have your product sent back within a 14 day window. If we are unable to contact you during this time your product will be discarded without refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

There are particular conditions where we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances. They are as follows.

  • Special order items not stocked by our warehouse or specifically ordered to fulfill your needs. Obsolete items that are considered "No Longer Available". Plows or Spreaders. Oil or Hydraulic fluids. Any Electrical items; Please make sure to research prior to ordering. Any part that has been installed, disassembled, tampered with or has normal wear and tear. 

RESTOCK FEE

All returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee unless shipped in error by Professional Parts Warehouse.

WARRANTY POLICY

General replacement parts will have a standard 30 day warranty against defects.  OEM parts will follow that particular manufacturer's warranty policy.

DEFECTIVE PARTS

If you have an alleged defective part, we can handle this in one of two ways. 

  • We will issue you a RMA to return the product. Once received it will be sent to the manufacturer for the warranty process. If found to be defective; a replacement order will then be sent to you at no charge. Note: This process may take up to 4 weeks

OR

  • If you are unable to wait for the warranty process, we will charge you for a replacement and send it out immediately. We will issue you a RMA to return the product. Once received it will be sent to the manufacturer for the warranty process. If found to be defective we will issue you a credit for the defective part. However, if manufacturer does not find the part to be defective, it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for both parts. So please make sure you are installing part correctly before choosing this option.
