This is a Genuine OE 44352 Top Retainer Ring - Rubber

This is 5.5" outside to outside.

This is the retainer ring that goes on the top of the cover.

This fits the Western Wideout, MVP Plus, Prodigy, and MVP3 Plows and Fisher XV, XV2 and XLS plows

These can dry rot and crack from the sun it is a good part to carry as a spare as well as a few of the lower o-rings. 

The 44352 goes on the Top holding the cover on.
